Morzine is one of the finest traditional alpine summer resorts

The old market town of Morzine with its traditional architecture, nestles around the church of St. Marie-Madeleine.
It has several bars, restaurants and nightclubs and a leisure centre that includes an indoor ice rink, sauna and jacuzzi. There is also a bowling alley, two cinemas and many other activities.
Morzine lies between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, right on the border with Switzerland and one hour from Italy. Within 1 hours drive are the old historic towns of Chamonix, Yvoire and Evian together with Lakes Geneva, Annecy and the nearby Lake Montriond. All great fun to swim in as they are warm, safe, clear, freshwater lakes with areas for subathing and barbecues.
