To ensure the best produce we shop daily at several different local suppliers and lovingly prepare each days meals for both adults and children using the freshest ingredients.
Breakfast
Buffet breakfast including: cereal, bread, jams, yoghurt, a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Iain will also be on hand to prepare porridge, croissants, eggs (scrambled, fried, poached or boiled), with roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans and bacon or sausages.
Afternoon Tea
A delicious homemade cake or tray-bakes with teas, coffee and hot chocolate to keep you going until dinner.
Children’s Dinner (served at 6pm)
A nutritious, delicious and filling, home-cooked, two course dinner, e.g. Lasagne, Spaghetti Bolognese, Cottage Pie, Tomato and Chicken Quesadilla, followed by chocolate brownies and ice cream or similar.

Adults' Dinner
From 6.30pm to 7.30pm, join us for an aperitif and nibbles around the fire (or on the terrace in the summer). A three-course dinner with wine is served from 8pm, followed by cheese, biscuits and coffee. We can also cater for various dietary requirements but advance notice is required.

MONDAY Mozzarella and parma ham salad with rocket and endive and a lemon and basil dressing Herby beef and pork meatballs with cherry tomato and black olive sauce and tagliatelle Chocolate and Amaretto mousse with amaretti cream TUESDAY Smoked Salmon Pate with crostini Pesto stuffed chicken wrapped in ham with potato wedges and salad Tiramisu WEDNESDAY Guests are asked to make their own arrangements for Wednesday evenings -
